FREEDOM OF SEX

Pornography and porno-action action in Indonesia is very alarming. This has hurt the morale of the nation. However, still rejected the bill in part the APP by inhibiting freedom of expression grounds. It is ironic, as a nation that still adhere to moral values, requires flexibility in pornography and porno-action action. Developed countries like the United States was very concerned with the exploitation of this pornography.
How should the Indonesian government set about pornography and porno-action? How far the Anti Pornography is needed? To discuss further about the need for regulation of pornography, CMM team interviewed Dr Ibn Hamad, communications expert who is also a professor of the graduate program of University of Indonesia (UI) and the State Islamic University (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah, Jakarta. Lately in line with the pros and cons RUU APP, the problem of pornography and porno-action a lot of debate, how do you comment?
Something positive from the pros and cons that are related to APP his bill, not on his pornography and porno-action. We both know, in the midst of the people there who agree with Bill APP and some do not agree with the Anti Pornography Bill because it is considered not sufficient to regulate pornography and porno-action. But, I see that the pros and cons of the bill APP did not agree with pornography and porno-action. So the substance was the same. This is what we should be thankful for.
It seems so. But mainly the cons think the bill that would inhibit freedom of APP expression. Is it really so?
Very narrow way of thinking. Is it synonymous with freedom of expression pornography and porno-action? What is less attractive if the expression is not accompanied by sexual exploitation? Is not freedom of expression that maintain decorum also remain interested if the fruits of his work is quality?

Jadi apabila anda memiliki sahabat, maka persiapkan waktu dan kesabaran yang cukup untuk mendengarkan segala masalah serta keluh kesah yang mereka rasakan.

Sahabat akan membantu memecahkan permasalahan yang sedang anda hadapi. Atau mungkin hanya sekedar membicarakan masalah pekerjaan atau kehidupan yang terjadi di sekitar anda. Begitu pula dengan sang sahabat, mereka juga ingin anda melakukan hal yang sama. Membagi cerita-cerita yang lucu juga bisa membuat kedekatan anda dengan sang sahabat.

Variasi ataupun warna-warni kehidupan bisa diberikan oleh sahabat kepada anda. Menghabiskan waktu bersama sahabat akan merelaksasikan kepenatan anda setelah melakukan aktivitas kantor yang padat setiap hari. Mungkin anda bisa makan malam bersama, window shopping akan menciptakan kedekatan yang lebih menyenangkan.

Berikanlah sedikit kejutan dan perhatian kepada sahabat agar lebih dekat. Meskipun anda berada jauh dari sahabat, bukan berarti anda melupakannya kan? Anda tetap bisa berkomunikasi lewat internet, telpon ataupun sms. Tapi sebaiknya anda jangan sampai lupakan sang kekasih karena bisa-bisa dia cemburu lagi.

HONESTY

PERUBAHAN KEBUDAYAAN

   Perubahan Kebudayaan adalah perubahan yang terjadi akibat adanya ketidaksesuaian diantara unsure-unsur kebudayaan yang saling berbeda sehingga terjadi keadaan yang tidak serasi fungsinya bagi kehidupan.

   Budaya masyarakat Indonesia bisa dirujuk pada kebudayaan tradisional pedesaan. Hal ini dikarenakan pada dasarnya kebudayaan tumbuh dan berkembang dari kelompok masyarakat pedesaan. Adanya modernisasi dan perubahan sosial menyebabkan perubahan kebudayaan pada masyarakat pedesaan. Dinamika perubahan budaya yang berbeda antara satu daerah dengan daerah lain menyebabkan perbedaan signifikansi perubahan kebudayaan itu sendiri. Dengan kata lain, adanya perbedaan kekuatan kebudayaan pada suatu daerah dengan daerah lainlah yang membuat budaya pada suatu daerah masih asli dan daerah lain sudah terakulturasi.

   Daerah yang awalnya dulu pedesaan namun karena letak geografis yang strategis menempatkan daerah itu dalam pusat aktivitas sosial (misalnya pusat kota, bandar dagang, dsb) lebih cenderung mengalami pergeseran budaya yang lebih cepat daripada daerah pinggiran yang lebih sedikit diterpa invasi kebudayaan asing. Daerah seperti ini berubah dari pedesaan menjadi perkotaan, orangnya berubah dari orang desa menjadi orang kota, budaya, nilai dan norma juga berubah dari budaya pedesaan yang Gemeinschaft menjadi budaya kota yang Gesellschaft.

   Budaya masyarakat pedesaan (yang umumnya bercorak pertanian) bisa diidentikkan dengan budaya yang original. Misalnya dalam hal hubungan antar manusia masyarakat pedesaan lebih guyub dan familier, dalam hal keagamaan yang cenderung bergairah, dalam hal makanan yang banyak mengambil langsung dari alam, dan permainan yang lebih mengandalkan gerak dan kekuatan tubuh. Namun kini sangat terasa bagaimana pola-pola kebudayaan seperti itu semakin melemah.
